Rotneshagen - Setting a sustainable example in Nittedal
Located in Nittedal north of Oslo, Rotneshagen represents the future of newbuilds - Blending modern solutions with sustainability in mind, the BREAAM-certified development is the first of its kind in Nittedal. Classified as “Very good”, Rotneshagen is on track to complete the initatives set by BREAAM to ensure that their sustainable vision becomes a reality.
The development is estimated to consume 20-30% less than other newbuilds built after TEK 17-standards, and energy rated A. For Norwegian DNB customers, the development makes it possible to apply for a green mortgage, with highly beneficial conditions.

In addition, Oxer Eiendom has leveraged M360's campaign module to run effective digital marketing campaigns across several channels. The combination of effective targeting, a multi channel approach and an attractive project generated over 300 leads in the pre-sale phase, with a cost per lead (CPL) well below average. Once Oxer Eiendom opened up for sales in October 2024, more than 25% of the units were already sold.
