New look and feel

The Nordre Jarlsberg Brygge project, developed by the Norwegian newbuild developer Schage Eiendom, is a residential area that is quickly becoming a symbol of the company's focus on quality of life and beautiful living environments. The project, which is located in an old, tired, and worn-out industrial area, has been under development for almost 15 years and will eventually provide homes for around one thousand people.

The newly redesigned website for the project reflects this goal by featuring the feeling of warm sunlight and the sound of waves that can be found in the area. Our partner, vY Communication, designed the website, and the 3D images are made by our subsidiary, EVE IMAGES. The project is currently halfway completed, with two sold-out stages, one stage with multiple buildings for sale, and one stage soon to be available for sale.

The architecture of the buildings in this project is exciting and modern, with a lavish use of materials. The buildings are also named after nautical and sailing terminology, such as Lanterna (the lantern), Fyret (the lighthouse), and Bøyen (the buoy), which adds to the theme and outdoor environment of the project.

As beautiful inside as outside

One of the major attractions of Nordre Jarlsberg Brygge is its proximity to the sea, beach, pier, and boat life. The area also features car-free, elaborate park areas with well-kept gardens and beautiful materials between the buildings. There are also social meeting places, including a sand volleyball court, basket court, boule court, and exercise and play equipment. The large staircase south of Bryggeparken will eventually feature a cafe, adding to the area's communal gathering spaces.
