Not only did it result in significant cost savings by shifting from outsourcing to managing in-house while reducing the waiting time, Solon also experienced full control over digital campaigns and complete insights to optimize as wanted.

  provide immersive 3D visualizations for a full rotatable experience. Solon experienced that their projects felt significantly more immersive, while showcasing detailed information about the units to explore and compare for potential buyers. Adding the digital checkout option makes it easy for buyers to place an offer on a unit, offering a convenient customer journey from start to finish.

The Real Estate & New Technologies (RENT) event gathered an array of companies involved in proptech, from the 6-7th of November in Paris. With over 400 companies attending and more than 11 000 visitors, the program consisted of conferences and workshops from experts in the real estate industry, highlighting digital transformation and sustainability.

“As proptech innovation is our bread and butter, there are plenty of like-minded professionals to network with and discuss the newest innovations in proptech”, says Arthur Monomakhoff, Account Executive France at Marketer.

Similar to last year, AI remains the main topic of interest. Most of the companies attending have implemented AI in some shape or form through their solutions, and by attending RENT we are able to assess how we can further drive value for our clients. Leveraging AI technology for real estate is one of the main pillars of Marketer, and we’ll continue to do so - Enguerran Licari, VP Sales Europe at Marketer.

Compared to RENT 2023, we noticed a significant focus on existing homes, reflecting the current market conditions in France. This was evident through the companies attending, emphasizing Smart City innovations, updated digital marketing practices and artificial intelligence.

Although the existing homes vertical was in focus, Enguerran Licari points out that there were plenty of property developers attending the conference, who are looking to prepare themselves and look for better solutions as the market adjusts back to normal. Marketer offers solutions for both new and existing homes, and remains optimistic for the new homes market to rebound as interest rates and macroeconomic factors stabilize.

In addition, Oxer Eiendom has leveraged M360's campaign module to run effective digital marketing campaigns across several channels. The combination of effective targeting, a multi channel approach and an attractive project generated over 300 leads in the pre-sale phase, with a cost per lead (CPL) well below average. Once Oxer Eiendom opened up for sales in October 2024, more than 25% of the units were already sold.
