Introducing
Trygve Vardenær. His University background is in economy and administration. He also has experience working with B2C sales for nearly six years, as well as leading a voluntary association with 55 members and an internship as a Product Manager. We are lucky to have Trygve on our team, his knowledge and enthusiasm are highly appreciated by everyone.
What do you do at Marketer?
I am the controller in the company, and I work with the general economy, including accounting, sales forecasting and sales operations. In addition to this, I provide information about the company's status to different stakeholder groups, in cooperation with the CEO.
Why did you apply to Marketer?
I got very enthusiastic after reading about their technology and understanding how their services really can benefit their clients. Further, the company was in a perfect phase for me, considering I wanted to work for a fast-growing SME with international ambitions. This greatly improves my chances of being given a much larger responsibility, and I can actually have the opportunity to make an impact on how the company develops. Happily this has also proven to be the case.
What is the office like?
I work at the main office at Tjuvholmen in Oslo. The office is great, and even though work is quite hectic we have a relaxed and very friendly atmosphere here. And at certain times also accompanied with some office grooves. We have all the accommodations needed to keep us going throughout the day.
What do you like to do when you're not at work?
When I am not working, I try to squeeze in some activities like squash and general workouts at the gym. I am a food-lover, so I like to spoil myself with a good home-cooked meal on the weekends.
