Signing agreement with high-end property agency John D Wood & Co.
Marketer is pleased to announce the agreement with UK residential property agency John D Wood & Co., following a successful comparative trial during the previous 6 months. With this agreement, Marketer has been awarded the role as their exclusive provider of digital marketing for residential homes.
John D Wood & Co. has specialised in selling residential property in London and the South of England for more than 145 years. The well-known and respected agency has a total of 45 offices and has a track record of success at a national and international level. John D Wood & Co. is a high-end brand under Countrywide, the largest property services group in the UK with about 60 brand names within real estate and letting agents under its wings.
“Offering the Marketer tool as part of our sales proposition is a reflection of the service that we promise to deliver to our clients; to go the extra mile, to deliver a pro-active marketing strategy for our property portfolio, and to help conquer the digital spheres to our very best ability“, says Lorena Vallerius – Head of Marketing in John D Wood & Co. “The results are impressive; Our agents are proud of the product and feel confident, our properties receive the exposure they deserve, our clients are reassured that they will get the very best marketing from us, and ultimately, the numbers speak for themselves in terms of online traffic. Above all, Marketer always have our interests at the heart of everything they do, so it feels like a partnership rather than a client-supplier relationship.“
Amir Folkestad Habhab, CEO of Marketer, comments: “It is with extreme enthusiasm and pride we welcome John D Wood & Co. to the Marketer family. Following the now concluded trial period, we are confident in our ability to deliver according to their high standards, and yet humble concerning the hard work in front of us to make sure we continue to perform ahead of both expectations and general market standards. We look forward to see this relationship grow for many years to come and for our own presence in the UK to develop further.”
