Marketer at RENT 2024

Last week our French team represented Marketer at the annual RENT-conference in Paris, for the third year in a row! Sharing our stand together with our partner MGC Connecting (Part of Groupe Figaro) provided engaging conversations, new insights and a great opportunity to showcase our exclusive joint offer! Enguerran Licari, our VP Sales Europe and Arthur Monomakhoff, Account Executive France shared their thoughts on the importance of attending RENT, the highlights of the event and key differences from last year.

What is RENT?

The Real Estate & New Technologies (RENT) event gathered an array of companies involved in proptech, from the 6-7th of November in Paris. With over 400 companies attending and more than 11 000 visitors, the program consisted of conferences and workshops from experts in the real estate industry, highlighting digital transformation and sustainability.

“As proptech innovation is our bread and butter, there are plenty of like-minded professionals to network with and discuss the newest innovations in proptech”, says Arthur Monomakhoff, Account Executive France at Marketer.

Similar to last year, AI remains the main topic of interest. Most of the companies attending have implemented AI in some shape or form through their solutions, and by attending RENT we are able to assess how we can further drive value for our clients. Leveraging AI technology for real estate is one of the main pillars of Marketer, and we’ll continue to do so - Enguerran Licari, VP Sales Europe at Marketer.

What is different this year?

Compared to RENT 2023, we noticed a significant focus on existing homes, reflecting the current market conditions in France. This was evident through the companies attending, emphasizing Smart City innovations, updated digital marketing practices and artificial intelligence.

Although the existing homes vertical was in focus, Enguerran Licari points out that there were plenty of property developers attending the conference, who are looking to prepare themselves and look for better solutions as the market adjusts back to normal. Marketer offers solutions for both new and existing homes, and remains optimistic for the new homes market to rebound as interest rates and macroeconomic factors stabilize.

What news did Marketer and MGC share at RENT?

This year, we launched a Marketer x MGC Connecting offer exclusively at RENT, aligning our tools for an enhanced experience to our French clients.
