Marketer acquires Inviso Media
- Press Releases
Today we announce the acquisition of Inviso Media AS. The acquisition strengthens Marketer's already leading position in Norway in digital marketing of second-hand homes.
Marketer has joined forces with Inviso Media AS, a company with extensive experience and vast industry knowledge in both real estate and advertising technology.
The professionalism and customer understanding that Inviso Media has built up over many years in the real estate industry, can now expand and grow even further through the market-leading technology platform of Marketer. At the same time, the takeover will enable further strengthening of certain products, and not least the development of completely new solutions, beyond specific marketing of second-hand homes.
- We are very pleased that Marketer has become the new owner of Inviso Media, says managing director Nina Kormilitzine.
- The fact that we now both enter a larger and very ambitious professional environment and at the same time get direct access to the most advanced technology in the market, will surely benefit both existing and new customers. These will now be able to benefit from two strong companies that combined can identify and offer the absolute best digital solutions for each individual object, both in terms of cost-effective tech solutions and personal advice and service. This makes our delivery unique in today's competitive situation, she concludes.
Group CEO of Marketer, Amir Folkestad Habhab, agrees: - We have had a very positive dialogue with both employees and owners of Inviso Media throughout much of 2022, and are now extremely satisfied with reaching an agreement on this acquisition. I see significant synergy effects and great joint opportunities by pooling the resources of the two companies.
The global real estate industry is undergoing major changes, where the overall goal is to optimise the marketing of each individual object, streamline the timeline from start to finish, and simplify the actual sales process for the parties involved. For proptech companies such as Marketer and Inviso Media, it is crucial to be scaled correctly and at the same time be prepared for rapid adjustments as the market develops. Through this acquisition, both parties are severely strengthening their positions.
- We have been very impressed to see what Inviso Media has achieved with limited in-house IT and development resources, says Thomas Meyer, co-founder and CEO of second-hand housing in Marketer.
- Between them, they have an enormous amount of knowledge and experience in the Norwegian property market, and they have been able to serve their customers in a very good way. We are convinced that their deep expertise will form the basis for a number of new technology-driven commercial solutions that we can now develop and introduce to the market together, also internationally. We are really looking forward to integrating Inviso Media into our operations, concludes Meyer.
