In addition to the seamless data flow, Solon points out that M360’s campaign tool allowed them to create and manage campaigns independently. Not only did it result in significant cost savings by shifting from outsourcing to managing in-house while reducing the waiting time, Solon also experienced full control over digital campaigns and complete insights to optimize as wanted.
The shift of control streamlined the sales- and marketing process, improving the workflow and decision-making for their projects. The improved customer journey has strengthened the relation between Solon and registered leads, pairing up future owners with their dream homes.

Solon utilizes the M360 Property Explorer for an array of their projects, as a key conversion tool for potential buyers to be a vital tool for newbuilds. The Property Explorer can use both 2D and 3D images, where Europe’s leading 3D provider EVE Visual Technologies provide immersive 3D visualizations for a full rotatable experience. Solon experienced that their projects felt significantly more immersive, while showcasing detailed information about the units to explore and compare for potential buyers. Adding the digital checkout option makes it easy for buyers to place an offer on a unit, offering a convenient customer journey from start to finish.
For the projects Dyst and Ski Hageby, Solon recently implemented our latest 3D Property Explorer. The tool enhances user experience, offering a new level of engagement and successfully addresses the complexity of a multi-building project, making it easy to explore.

Looking ahead
Since 2019, Solon has partnered with Marketer, resulting in streamlined data management for over 15 of their projects, with over 840 units sold so far. Despite 2024 being a challenging year for the newbuild market, Solon succeeds at connecting their quality homes with future owners. Solon also uses Plot.ai in their pre-building phase, utilizing artificial intelligence to plan where to buy, build and price the projects based on current market prices and historical data.
